High silica fiberglass cloth is commonly used in high temperature ablative materials, high temperature soft connect, fireproof materials (fireproof cloth, fire curtains, fire blankets), metal solution filtration evolution, automobile, motorbike muffling, heat insulation, waste filtration and other fields. High silica fiberglass tape is commonly used in motor, transformer, communication cable thermal protection,electric line insulation, high temperature insulation, sealing and other fields.

High silica fiberglass needle mat is Commonly used in high-temperature insulation, automotive three-way catalytic converter insulation, post-treatment insulation and other fields. Thickness range 3~25mm,width range 500~2000mm,bulk density arrange 80~150kg/m3.

Product Feature

(1) The softening point is close to 1700 ºC, can be used in 900 ºC environment for a long time, and can instantly resist thousands of degrees of airflow department brush.
(2) In organic and inorganic acids (except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid) and even at high temperatures, as well as weak bases to maintain good performance stability.
(3) High stability to thermal shock and ultra-high radiation, excellent insulating properties at high temperatures and high humidity conditions, and high-temperature adhesive with good adhesive properties.
(4) Resistant to humidity, sunlight radiation and shock, can be used for a variety of sealing materials, products with a solid structure, in many high-temperature conditions to maintain flexibility.
(5) Stable structure and performance, no harm to the human body, can replace ceramic fiber and asbestos fiber (high temperature crystal phase transition).
(6) High fire temperature, no oxidation or discoloration when burned in gasoline, high strength, will not cause secondary pollution.
(7) It has good abrasion resistance and insulation properties, and the price is competitive in most cases.
(8) The skeleton can be properly controlled to make various membrane parts for liquid filtration, gas separation or as a carrier for catalyst or enzyme.
