Thermoplastic Grade E-Glass Milled Glass Fiber Powder

Made by cutting E-glass fiber into short lengths of 50~210μm, this powder is designed to enhance strength, surface condition, and dimensional stability.

Our milled fiber can be combined with various thermoplastic resins, including polycarbonate and liquid crystal polymer. It's also compatible with BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin.

Packaging & Shipping

Our milled fiberglass should be stored in its original packaging, keeping it dry and protected. For optimal results, stack the packages in one layer, maintaining a temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, and a relative humidity between 35% and 65%. If stored below 15ºC, we recommend holding it in your workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.

Packaging:

1. Each pallet has 4 levels, with 7 bags per level, totaling 28 polythene bags.


2. The complete pallet is enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels.
