Spray up Roving with 1200tex
E-Glass fiber roving for injection molding is made by multi stranded roving, which is mainly used for reinforcing UP and VE. it has good dispersibility, low static electricity, and good resin permeability.
Spray Molding Process: The glass fiber is sprayed onto the surface of the mold with the resin by using a spraying machine, and then cured through the process of removing the bubbles.

When it comes to storing this incredible product, we've got you covered. Our Insulation Spray up Roving should be kept in a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. We recommend maintaining a room temperature of 15ºC~35ºC and humidity levels between 35%~65%. Safety is our top priority, so remember not to stack the pallets more than three layers high. And when you do stack them, make sure to move the top pallet with care and precision.
Before using the product, it's important to transfer it to your workshop at least 24 hours in advance for conditioning. This ensures optimal performance and results.
