Milled fiber that is made by cutting E-glass fiber into short lengths ranging from 50 to 210μm. This finely milled fiber is specifically designed to improve the performance of thermoplastic resins, such as polycarbonate and liquid crystal polymer.

Our high-performance E-glass milled fiber powder is also compatible with BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin, making it a versatile choice for various applications.

With a mesh size of 1000, our milled fiber powder ensures excellent dispersion and easy incorporation into your thermoplastic materials. Its customized nature allows for precise control over the desired properties, giving you the flexibility to achieve the results you desire.

Packaging & Shipping

Our High-Performance E-Glass Milled Fiber Powder is finely milled fiberglass that is designed to be used in thermoplastic applications. It is stored in its original packaging, ensuring its quality and effectiveness. To maintain its optimal condition, it is recommended to store the milled fiberglass in a dry environment with a temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC and a relative humidity between 35% and 65%. If stored below 15ºC, it is advisable to hold it in the workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.

 

Packaging

• Each pallet consists of 4 levels, with 7 bags per level, totaling 28 polythene bags.


• The complete pallet is enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels.
