Product Description
Roving for LFT and Spray up Needs
E-Glass fiber roving for spray up is made by multi stranded roving, which is mainly used for reinforcing UP and VE. it has good dispersibility, low static electricity, and good resin permeability.
Spray Molding Process: The glass fiber is sprayed onto the surface of the mold with the resin by using a spraying machine, and then cured through the process of removing the bubbles.
Product Feature
- Experience the ease of cutting with our Direct Roving. It offers excellent cutability and generates less static electricity during high-speed cutting, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- With a high bunching rate of over 90%, our roving efficiently disperses the untwisted roving into raw silk after cutting. Say goodbye to wasted material!
- Get ready for exceptional mold coverage! Our short-cut raw silk has an excellent mold-covering property, reaching every corner effortlessly.
- Save time and effort with our fast resin penetration. Our roving is easy to roll flat and helps drive away air bubbles, making your work hassle-free.
- Our raw filament tube boasts good annealing performance and uniform roving density, making it suitable for all kinds of spray guns and fiber delivery systems.

Packaging & Shipping
Storage
When it comes to storing our fiberglass products, we've got you covered. To ensure the best quality, it's important to keep them in a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. We recommend maintaining a room temperature of 15ºC~35ºC and humidity levels between 35%~65%. And remember, safety first! Don't stack the pallets more than three layers high. If you do stack them in 2 or 3 layers, make sure to move the top pallet with care and precision.
Before using the product, it's a good idea to transfer it to the workshop 24 hours in advance for conditioning. This will ensure optimal performance and results.
Packaging
Our product can be packed on pallets or in small cardboard boxes. Whatever works best for you, we've got you covered.
