Product Description
Spray up Roving for Profile
Our Spray up Roving for Profile is a high-quality fiberglass roving that is specifically designed for use in the pultrusion process. It is compatible with a wide range of resins, including unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, and phenolic resins. This versatile roving is widely used in various industries, including building & construction, telecommunication, and the insulator industry.
With our Spray up Roving for Profile, you can achieve excellent results in your pultrusion projects. Its superior strength and durability make it ideal for creating strong and lightweight profiles. Whether you are manufacturing structural components, telecommunication equipment, or insulators, our roving will meet your needs.
Product Feature
(1) Less hairiness, strong insulation, alkali resistance.
(2) Elongation within the limits of elasticity and high tensile strength, so it absorbs a lot of impact energy.
(3)Inorganic fiber, non-combustible, good chemical resistance.
(4) good permeability, no white silk.
(5)Not easy to burn, can be fused into glassy beads at high temperature.
(6) Good processability, can be made into strands, bundles, felts, fabrics and other different forms of products.
(7)Transparent and can transmit light.
(8)Fusion with many kinds of resin surface treatment agent.

Packaging & Shipping
Storage
For optimal storage of our fiberglass products, it is recommended to keep them in a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. Maintaining a room temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, along with a humidity level of 35% to 65%, will ensure the product's safety and longevity. To prevent any damage, please avoid stacking the pallets more than three layers high. If you do stack them in 2 or 3 layers, take care to move the top pallet smoothly and correctly.
To prepare the product for use, it is advisable to transfer it to the workshop at least 24 hours in advance for conditioning.
Packaging
Our product can be conveniently packed either on pallets or in small cardboard boxes.
