Made from cutting E-glass fiber into short lengths of 50~210μm, this high-quality powder is designed to enhance strength, surface condition, and dimensional stability.

Our Milled Fiber Powder is incredibly versatile. It can be combined with various thermoplastic resins like polycarbonate and liquid crystal polymer. Plus, it's perfect for use with BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin.

Packaging & Shipping

Storage

When you receive your milled fiberglass, make sure to store it in a dry place, preferably in its original packaging. For optimal results, stack the bags in a single layer. Keep the temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, and maintain a relative humidity of 35% to 65%. If the temperature drops below 15ºC, we recommend holding the product in your workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.

 

Packaging

• Each pallet contains 4 levels, with 7 bags per level, for a total of 28 polythene bags.


• The complete pallet is securely enclosed in polythene and labeled with two identification labels.
