Made by cutting E-glass fiber into short lengths of 50~210μm, this powder is designed to improve strength, surface condition, and dimensional stability.

Our E-Glass Milled Fiber Powder can be easily combined with various thermoplastic resins, including polycarbonate, liquid crystal polymer, and BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin. This versatility makes it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications.

Packaging & Shipping

 

Storage

To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of our product, it is important to store the milled fiberglass in a dry environment. We recommend keeping it in its original packaging and stacking it in a single layer. The ideal temperature for storage is between 15ºC and 35ºC, with a relative humidity of 35% to 65%. If the temperature drops below 15ºC, we advise holding the product in your workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.

 

Packaging

• Each pallet consists of 4 levels, with 7 bags per level, totaling 28 polythene bags.


• The complete pallet is enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels.
