Product Description
Gun Roving for Spray up Insulation Applications
E-Glass fiber roving for spray up is made by multi stranded roving, which is mainly used for reinforcing UP and VE. it has good dispersibility, low static electricity, and good resin permeability.
Spray Molding Process: The glass fiber is sprayed onto the surface of the mold with the resin by using a spraying machine, and then cured through the process of removing the bubbles.

Product Feature
- Unleash your cutting prowess with our Gun Roving's remarkable cutability. Say goodbye to static electricity during high-speed cutting, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Experience unparalleled efficiency with our Gun Roving's high bunching rate. With a requirement of over 90%, you can trust that the untwisted roving will be dispersed into raw silk flawlessly.
- Enjoy the versatility of our Gun Roving's excellent mold-covering property. It effortlessly covers every nook and cranny of the mold, ensuring a perfect finish.
- Save time and effort with our Gun Roving's fast resin penetration. It easily rolls flat and drives away air bubbles, making your job a breeze.
- Benefit from the superior performance of our Gun Roving's raw filament tube. Its annealing performance and uniform roving density make it compatible with various spray guns and fiber delivery systems.

Storage
When it comes to storing our Gun Roving, we've got you covered. To ensure the best results, make sure to keep it in a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. We recommend maintaining a room temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, with humidity levels ranging from 35% to 65%. And remember, safety first! Don't stack the pallets more than three layers high. If you do stack them in 2 or 3 layers, be sure to move the top pallet with care and precision.
Before you start your insulation project, give the product some time to adjust. We suggest transferring it to your workshop at least 24 hours in advance for conditioning. This will ensure optimal performance and fantastic results!
