Created by cutting E-glass fiber into short lengths of 50~210μm, our milled fiber is specifically designed to improve the performance of thermoplastic resins. Whether you're working with polycarbonate, liquid crystal polymer, or even BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin, our milled fiber can be easily combined to achieve outstanding results.

With a mesh size of 1000, our customized glass fiber powder ensures optimal performance and compatibility with various thermoplastic materials. Its fine texture allows for easy blending and dispersion, guaranteeing a seamless integration into your production process.

Packaging & Shipping

To maintain the quality of our milled fiberglass, it is recommended to store it in its original packaging in a dry environment. For optimal results, stack the bags in a single layer at a temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, with a relative humidity between 35% and 65%. If stored below 15ºC, it is advisable to keep the product in the workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.
Our packaging ensures the safe delivery of our milled glass fiber powder. Each pallet contains 4 levels, with 7 bags per level, totaling 28 polythene bags. The complete pallet is enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels for easy identification.
