Our High-Quality Milled Glass Fiber Powder is specifically designed for use in thermoplastic applications. Made from E-glass fiber, it is finely cut into lengths ranging from 50 to 210μm. This milled fiber offers numerous benefits, including improved strength, enhanced surface condition, and increased dimensional stability.

Our milled fiber can be easily combined with various thermoplastic resins, such as polycarbonate and liquid crystal polymer. It is also compatible with BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin.

Packaging & Shipping

 

With a temperature range of 15ºC to 35ºC and a relative humidity between 35% and 65%, our milled fiberglass should be stored in its original packaging. It is advisable to stack the bags in one layer to maintain their integrity. If stored below 15ºC, it is recommended to hold the material in a workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.

 

Packaging

• Each pallet contains 4 levels, with 7 bags per level, totaling 28 polythene bags.


• The complete pallet is enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels.
