Product Description
E-Glass Assembled Roving for Spray Up Insulation
E-Glass fiber roving for spray up is made by multi stranded roving, which is mainly used for reinforcing UP and VE. it has good dispersibility, low static electricity, and good resin permeability.
Spray Molding Process: The glass fiber is sprayed onto the surface of the mold with the resin by using a spraying machine, and then cured through the process of removing the bubbles.
Product Feature
- Good Cutability: Experience smooth and precise cutting with less static electricity generated, even during continuous high-speed cutting.
- High Efficiency in Dispersing: Achieve a high bunching rate of over 90% as this roving efficiently disperses the untwisted roving into raw silk after cutting.
- Excellent Mold-Covering Property: Enjoy the convenience of complete mold coverage, as our short-cut raw silk effortlessly reaches all corners of the mold.
- Fast Resin Penetration: Experience easy rolling and the ability to drive away air bubbles, thanks to the fast resin penetration of our roving.
- Uniform Roving Density: Our raw filament tube offers good annealing performance and uniform roving density, making it suitable for all kinds of spray guns and fiber delivery systems.

Packaging & Shipping
Storage
For optimal storage of our fiberglass products, it is important to keep them in a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. To maintain the quality of the product, we recommend maintaining a room temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, with a humidity level of 35% to 65%. It is crucial to handle the pallets with care and avoid stacking them more than three layers high. When stacking in 2 or 3 layers, make sure to move the top pallet smoothly and correctly.
To ensure the best performance, it is advised to transfer the product to the workshop at least 24 hours before use for conditioning.
Packaging
Our product can be conveniently packed on pallets or in small cardboard boxes, providing flexibility and ease of use.
