Customized E-glass Milled Glass Fiber Powder 1000 Mesh for Thermoplastic

Created by cutting E-glass fiber into short lengths of 50~210μm, our fiber powder is specifically designed to improve the performance of thermoplastic resins like polycarbonate and liquid crystal polymer. It can also be used with BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin.

With a mesh size of 1000, our fiber powder is finely milled to ensure optimal performance. Its customized formulation makes it suitable for a wide range of thermoplastic materials, providing excellent insulation and enhancing the overall quality of your products.

Packaging & Shipping

 

Storage

To maintain the quality of our milled fiberglass, it is important to store it in a dry environment. We recommend keeping it in its original packaging and stacking it in a single layer. The ideal temperature for storage is between 15ºC and 35ºC, with a relative humidity of 35% to 65%. If the temperature drops below 15ºC, it is advisable to hold the fiberglass in your workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.
