Our Customized E-Glass Fiber Powder for Thermoplastic is a high-quality milled fiber that is specifically designed to enhance the strength, surface condition, and dimensional stability of thermoplastic materials. Made from cutting E-glass fiber into short lengths of 50~210μm, this milled fiber is perfect for use with thermoplastic resins like polycarbonate, liquid crystal polymer, and BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin.

Milled fiberglass shall be stored dry in original packaging and advisable to stack in one layer, at a temperature between 15ºC- 35ºC & relative humidity between 35%- 65%.If stored below 15ºC, it is advisable to hold in workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.
1) Each pallet has 4 levels ,7 bags /level,totally 28 polythene bag;
2) The complete pallet is enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels.
