Fiberglass Chopper Gun Roving for FRP Rebar
Direct Roving for weaving is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins.Its excellent weaving property makes it suited for fiberglass product, such as roving cloth, combination mats, stitched mat,multi-axial fabric,geotextiles,molded grating.The end-use products are widely used in building & construction, wind power and yacht applications.
In everyday life, we see chevron fabrics of different thicknesses or twisted roving fabrics in the same direction, which is a reflection of another important use of twisted roving, which is for weaving. The twist-free roving used is also called twist-free roving for weaving. Most of these fabrics are highlighted in the hand-fabricated FRP molding. Application
Our Fiberglass Roving is compatible with various resins, including polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, and polyurethane. This versatility allows you to use it in different production processes such as Pultrusion, Filament Winding, Weaving, LFT, and CFRT.
Packaging & Shipping
Storage
When it comes to storing our fiberglass products, we recommend a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. To ensure the best results, maintain a room temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, with humidity levels ranging from 35% to 65%. Safety is our top priority, so please remember not to stack the pallets more than three layers high. If you do stack them in 2 or 3 layers, make sure to move the top pallet with care and precision.
For optimal performance, it's essential to transfer the product to your workshop at least 24 hours before use. This allows for proper conditioning and ensures the best results for your project.
Packaging
