Made by cutting E-glass fiber into short lengths of 50~210μm, this powder is designed to enhance strength, surface condition, and dimensional stability.

Our milled fiber can be combined with various thermoplastic resins, including polycarbonate, liquid crystal polymer, and even BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin. 

Our E-Glass Milled Fiber Powder is fully customizable to meet your specific needs. With a mesh size of 1000, this powder is finely milled to perfection, ensuring optimal performance in your thermoplastic applications.

Storage

Keep your milled fiberglass dry and in its original packaging for optimal results. We recommend stacking it in a single layer, maintaining a temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, and a relative humidity between 35% and 65%. If stored below 15ºC, it's essential to hold it in your workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.

 

Packaging

• Each pallet consists of 4 levels, with 7 bags per level, totaling 28 polythene bags.


• The complete pallet is securely enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels.
