Made from carefully cut E-glass fibers, ranging from 50 to 210μm in length, this milled fiber powder is designed to enhance the performance of thermoplastic resins.

Our milled fiber powder not only improves the strength of your thermoplastic materials but also enhances their surface condition and dimensional stability. It can be seamlessly combined with various thermoplastic resins, including polycarbonate, liquid crystal polymer, and even BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin.

Packaging & Shipping

Milled fiberglass shall be stored dry in original packaging and advisable to stack in one layer, at a temperature between 15ºC- 35ºC & relative humidity between 35%- 65%.If stored below 15ºC, it is advisable to hold in workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.

Packaging

   1) Each pallet has 4 levels ,7 bags /level,totally 28 polythene bag;

   2) The complete pallet is enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels.
