The working principle of DC charging pile can be divided into three main parts, the power supply module is the core component of DC charging pile, and its main function is to convert utility power into DC power suitable for charging electric vehicles; the charging control module is the intelligent part of DC charging pile, which is responsible for monitoring and controlling the charging process; and the charging connecting module is the interface between the DC charging pile and electric vehicles.

AC Input: DC chargers first input AC power from the grid into a transformer, which adjusts the voltage to suit the needs of the charger's internal circuitry.
DC Output: The AC power is rectified and converted to DC power, which is usually done by the charging module (rectifier module). To meet high power requirements, several modules can be connected in parallel and equalised via the CAN bus.
