Phenolic Molding Compound
Phenolic glass fiber reinforced molding compound is a kind of high-performance composite material, it takes phenolic resin as the matrix, glass fiber as the reinforcing material, prepared through certain process. In order to adapt to different production processing needs, the product has sheet, long filament, short fiber, block and other different forms.
This series of products are thermosetting molding plastics made of e-glass fiber and modified phenolic resin by soaking and baking. It is used for pressing heat-resistant, moisture-proof, mildew proof, high mechanical strength, good flame retardant insulating parts, but also according to the requirements of the parts, the fiber can be properly combined and arranged, with high tensile strength and bending strength, and suitable for wet conditions.
