Fiberglass Chopper Gun Roving
Direct Roving for weaving is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins.Its excellent weaving property makes it suited for fiberglass product, such as roving cloth, combination mats, stitched mat,multi-axial fabric,geotextiles,molded grating.The end-use products are widely used in building & construction, wind power and yacht applications.
In everyday life, we see chevron fabrics of different thicknesses or twisted roving fabrics in the same direction, which is a reflection of another important use of twisted roving, which is for weaving. The twist-free roving used is also called twist-free roving for weaving. Most of these fabrics are highlighted in the hand-fabricated FRP molding. The following requirements must be fulfilled for twisted roving for weaving: High abrasion resistance. Ease of tape formation. Since it is mainly used for weaving, it must be dried before weaving. In terms of tension, the main guarantee is that it should not be too high or too low, but should be kept uniform. And in terms of drape to meet certain conditions. The annealing property should be good. When passing through the resin tank, it is guaranteed that it is easily moisturized by the resin, so the permeability must be good.

Application
Compatible with various resins, including polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, and polyurethane, making it versatile and adaptable to different production processes. Can be adapted to different production processes, such as pultrusion, winding, weaving, LFT, CFRT, etc.
Packaging & Shipping
Storage
To keep your fiberglass products in optimal condition, it is important to store them in a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. We recommend maintaining a room temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, with humidity levels ranging from 35% to 65%. This ensures the safety and longevity of the product.
When stacking the pallets, please be cautious not to exceed three layers in height. If stacking in 2 or 3 layers, take care to move the top pallet smoothly and correctly to prevent any damage.
Prior to use, it is advisable to transfer the product to the workshop at least 24 hours in advance for proper conditioning.
Packaging
Can be conveniently packed either on pallets or in small cardboard boxes, depending on your preference and requirements.
