Direct Roving for weaving is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins.Its excellent weaving property makes it suited for fiberglass product, such as roving cloth, combination mats, stitched mat,multi-axial fabric,geotextiles,molded grating.The end-use products are widely used in building & construction, wind power and yacht applications.
In everyday life, we see chevron fabrics of different thicknesses or twisted roving fabrics in the same direction, which is a reflection of another important use of twisted roving, which is for weaving. The twist-free roving used is also called twist-free roving for weaving. Most of these fabrics are highlighted in the hand-fabricated FRP molding. The following requirements must be fulfilled for twisted roving for weaving: High abrasion resistance. Ease of tape formation. Since it is mainly used for weaving, it must be dried before weaving. Our E-Glass Fiberglass Roving is compatible with a variety of resins, including polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, and polyurethane. This means you can use it for a wide range of applications, from Pultrusion and Filament Winding to Weaving, LFT, and CFRT.
Packaging & Shipping
Storage
Simply keep it in a dry, cool, and rain-proof area to ensure its longevity. We recommend maintaining a room temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, with humidity levels ranging from 35% to 65%. And remember, when stacking the pallets, never exceed three layers to prevent any damage to the product. Take care when moving the top pallet to ensure a smooth and safe transfer.
Before to work, make sure to transfer it to your workshop at least 24 hours in advance.
Packaging
