Product Description
Spray up Fiberglass Roving for Insulation
E-Glass fiber roving for spray up is made by multi stranded roving, which is mainly used for reinforcing UP and VE. it has good dispersibility, low static electricity, and good resin permeability.
Spray Molding Process: The glass fiber is sprayed onto the surface of the mold with the resin by using a spraying machine, and then cured through the process of removing the bubbles.

Product Feature
- Good Cutability: Say goodbye to static electricity generated during continuous high-speed cutting. Our roving ensures smooth and precise cuts, allowing you to work with ease and efficiency.
- High Bunching Rate: Experience the thrill of high efficiency as our roving disperses the untwisted roving into raw silk after cutting. With a bunching rate of over 90%, you can achieve exceptional results every time.
- Excellent Mold-Covering Property: Our short-cut raw silk is a true champion when it comes to mold coverage. It effortlessly covers all corners of the mold, ensuring a flawless finish in every project.
- Fast Resin Penetration: Get ready for a speedy and seamless resin penetration. Our roving is easy to roll flat and effortlessly drives away air bubbles, saving you time and effort.
- Uniform Roving Density: Our raw filament tube boasts outstanding annealing performance and uniform roving density. It is compatible with all kinds of spray guns and fiber delivery systems, making it a versatile choice for any project.

Packaging & Shipping
Storage
When it comes to storing our fiberglass products, we recommend a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. To ensure the best results, maintain a room temperature of 15ºC~35ºC and humidity between 35%~65%. Safety is our priority, so please remember not to stack the pallets more than three layers high. If you do stack them in 2 or 3 layers, make sure to move the top pallet with care and precision.
Before using the product, it's important to transfer it to your workshop 24 hours in advance for conditioning. This step ensures optimal performance and results.
Packaging
Our product can be conveniently packed on pallets or in small cardboard boxes. We offer flexibility to suit your specific needs.
