Customized E-glass Milled Glass Fiber Powder 1000 Mesh For Thermoplastic

Milled fiber is made by cutting E-glass fiber shortly into the length of 50~210μm. It is effective in improving not only the strength, but also the surface condition and dimensional stability. It can be combined with thermoplastic resin such as polycarbonate and liquid crystal polymer, and moreover, BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin is also adoptable.

Storage

 

For best results, store the milled fiberglass in its original packaging in a dry environment. It is advisable to stack the bags in one layer at a temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, with a relative humidity between 35% and 65%. If the temperature drops below 15ºC, it is recommended to hold the material in the workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.
