Product Description
E-glass Assembled Panel Roving
Assembled Panel Roving is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with UP. It can wet out fast in resin and deliver excellent dispersion after chopping.
Continuous Panel Moulding process
A resin mix is uniformly deposited in a controlled amount onto the moving film at the constant speed . The thickness of the resin is controlled by the draw-knife . The fiberglass roving is chopped and uniformly distributed onto the resin, then a top film is applied forming a sandwich structure . The wet assembly travels through the curing oven to form the composite panel.
Product Feature
1. Good cutability, less static electricity generated during continuous high speed cutting;
2. high efficiency in dispersing the untwisted roving into raw silk after cutting, i.e. high bunching rate, usually more than 90% is required;
3. The short-cut raw silk has excellent mold-covering property, which can be covered in all corners of the mold;
4. fast resin penetration, easy to be rolled flat and easy to drive away air bubbles;
5. The raw filament tube has good annealing performance and uniform roving density, which is suitable for all kinds of spray guns and fiber delivery systems. No-twist roving for spraying is made of multi-stranded filament winding, each strand of filament contains 200 glass fiber monofilaments.

Packaging & Shipping
Storage
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15ºC~35ºC and 35%~65% respectively. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than three layers high. When the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layers, care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
The product should be transferred to the workshop 24 hours before use to undergo conditioning.
Packaging
The product can be packed on pallet or in small cardboard boxes.
