Our Continuous Fiber Glassfiber Yarn for FRP Rebar is a versatile product that can be used in various production processes and is compatible with different resins. It is made from high-quality E-glass direct roving, ensuring excellent performance and durability.
Whether you're involved in Pultrusion, Filament Winding, Weaving, LFT, or CFRT, our Continuous Fiber Glassfiber Yarn is the perfect choice. It provides exceptional strength and reinforcement to your FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) products.
With our Continuous Fiber Glassfiber Yarn, you can create FRP Rebar that offers superior corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, and excellent durability. It is an ideal alternative to traditional steel reinforcement, as it is lightweight, non-magnetic, and non-conductive.
Our product is designed to meet the highest industry standards and is suitable for a wide range of applications, including construction, infrastructure, and transportation. It provides long-lasting performance and helps extend the lifespan of your FRP structures.
For optimal storage, it is recommended to keep the fiberglass products in a dry, cool, and rain-proof area. Maintain the room temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC, with humidity levels ranging from 35% to 65%. To ensure product safety, avoid stacking the pallets more than three layers high. When stacking in 2 or 3 layers, take care to move the top pallet smoothly.
Before use, transfer the product to the workshop at least 24 hours in advance for proper conditioning.
The product can be conveniently packed on pallets or in small cardboard boxes, providing flexibility and ease of transportation.
