Basalt fiber surfacing tissue mat has the dual function of glass fiber surfacing tissue mat and carbon fiber surfacing mat.
On the surface of the composite material products, not only can form a resin rich layer containing more than 80% of the resin, but the surface of the product is bright and smooth, while improving the anti-leakage and anti-corrosion performance of the product.
The binder of basalt fiber surfacing tissue mat has good compatibility with resin, which can improve the formability of special shaped composite.
It is also the preferred material for pultrusion and filament winding process.
