2400 Tex E-Glass Assembled Fiber Glass Yarn
E-Glass Roving for Filament Winding is mainly used as electrical insulating material, industrial filtration material, anticorrosive, moisture-proof, heat-insulating, sound-insulating and shock-absorbing material. It can also be used as reinforcing material to make reinforced plastics or reinforced rubber, reinforced gypsum and reinforced cement products.

Application
(1) It is used to make fireproof cloth, packing cloth, window screen, wallpapering cloth, covering cloth and soundproof material. It can make the above products stronger and easier to construct. It has the advantages of high strength, fire resistance, sound insulation, light weight and so on.
(2) Used in some composite material process molding methods, such as winding, pultrusion process, because of its uniform tension, can also be woven into twisted roving fabrics, in some applications will also be twisted roving further short cut.
(3) Used in molded plastics (engineering plastics staple fiber) reinforcement, reinforced nylon, BMC products such as PA, PP, PBT, PET, PPO, PE, ABS and other thermosetting and thermoplastic resins reinforcement, cable cord and sheath pipe staple fiber, glass fiber reinforced fiber reinforced products, kiln cover, fiberglass reinforced cement, European decorative components and gypsum board isosceles triangular shaped reinforced staple fiber, asbestos tiles in the middle of the various reinforcing fibers.
