Performance and Features
Longda bamboo plywoods are extremely strong, tough, robust, with a cmparative strength ratio of 4-10 times that of wood templates and wood anti-bending strength ratio of 8-10 times
Bamboo plywoods are wide in breadth with few composed seams, and the normal size is 2440x1220mm, equal to the area of 6.6 PCS of 1500X300 mm steel templates. Our boards can reduce the number of supporting beams normally required on site, dramatically speed up mounting and dismounting and save time, labourers and materials.
Our Longda bamboo form boards and plywood are perfectly flat and smooth, and remain so after many uses. Accordingly little or no release agent is required as the boards are easy to remove after forming. Our boards have 1/8 the absorbabillity of steel templates and needn't plastering to speed up construction progress.
Due to the extraordinary natural characteristics of bamboo, our products are highly water-proof, anti-corrosive, pest resistant and little or no deformation in areas of use with high moisture content.
Our Longda product are long-lasting and can be used per board over the measured service life of the product. They also can be used for both surfaces over and over.
